02 / DATA AND PURPOSES
What we process and why.
When you send a message by email or through the contact form, we may process your name, email address, organisation, message and other information you choose to provide. We use this data to answer your enquiry, discuss a possible deployment and maintain necessary correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
The website does not ask for a PentestCamp participant account and does not publish contact-form submissions. Technical request data, such as an IP address, user agent and request time, may be processed in server and security logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
03 / SERVICE PROVIDERS
Who supports the website.
The static website is hosted with GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. The embedded contact form is provided by Zapier. These providers may process technical or form data on our behalf under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area where the provider uses a lawful transfer mechanism.
04 / RETENTION AND RIGHTS
How long we retain data and your choices.
Enquiry data is normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends, unless a longer period is required to establish, pursue or defend claims, comply with law or continue a business relationship. Technical logs are retained according to the security and operational schedules of the relevant provider.
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. To exercise a right, write to [email protected].
